South Africa has three capitals: Cape Town, as the seat of Parliament, is the legislative capital; Pretoria, as the seat of the President and Cabinet, is the administrative capital; and Bloemfontein, as the seat of the Supreme Court of Appeal, is the judicial capital. Most foreign embassies are located in Pretoria.
The capital of South Sudan is temporarily designated to be Juba. In the future, the capital will be Ramciel.
The capital of Tanzania was changed from Dar es Salaam to Dodomo in 1996. Dar es Salaam is the main location of most government institutions, and is still listed as the country capital in the CIA World Factbook.
