Description: When emperor Han Wu Di expanded the Han Empire, he did so in the Northwest against the Xiongnu (Gansu, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang). In the south, he did so against the Nanyue (Guangdong and Guangxi), Minyue (Fujian), Dian (Yunnan).

The full name of China is the People's Republic of China (PRC). It exercises jurisdiction over:
  • Taiwan is alternatively known as the Republic of China (ROC).
    The PRC considers Taiwan to be its 23rd province and claims to have sovereignty over it. Conversely, the ROC claims to have sovereignty over all of mainland China.
